Returns & Exchange Policy
At Mayank Fashion, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging.
- A return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind, as we provide detailed size charts for each product.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number, a clear photo of the item, and mention the issue.
- Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Pickup
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
- In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.
4. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, you can choose between:

Refund will be transferred to your account within 2 working bank days.
We do not provide cash or bank refunds unless the product is out of stock or undeliverable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on sale or discount.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Accessories or free gifts (if any) received with the order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
