Mayank Fashion is committed to delivering your favorite Kurtis—whether 2-piece, 3-piece, or Anarkali—quickly, safely, and affordably.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If you need delivery to a specific location or international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
  • In remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable on all orders, regardless of order value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional ₹50 handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the status and estimated delivery date.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delay occurs due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect address, we will notify you immediately.
  • In case of a failed delivery (e.g., customer unavailable or address incorrect), the order will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately. If accepted, please share a video/photo proof while unboxing to help us investigate and resolve it quickly.
